Terms and conditions:

A booking is secured by paying a booking deposit in the amount of 20% of the total cost of a holiday. This fee is non-refundable. The due balance should be made 6 weeks prior to the start of the course. After the balance has been paid, this amount is non-refundable. If for any reason you have to cancel your stay, we admit changes of name of a holiday maker without changing the status of an active or non-tuition participant. Those changes must be notified prior to arrival.

By booking online you accept all terms and conditions on behalf of all members of your party.

If a participant fails to notify Open Art Holiday of any problems or dissatisfaction prior to end of the holiday, it is deemed that the client is satisfied and therefore has no case for redress.

The participant is expected to act in a manner that would not cause unacceptable disturbance to other members of the party.

No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation.

Any special dietary requirements must be notified at the time of booking.

Please note that accommodation advertised may be exchanged for accommodation of a similar standard. We will notify of this fact as soon as possible in these circumstances.

Cancellation:

Our holidays require a minimum number of 5 students in order to run. The maximum is 8 or 10 of active participants depending on the location and type of holiday (refer to each holiday description for details). Should the holiday become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made. Liability of the Open Art Holiday is strictly limited to the value of the booking.

In the case of a cancellation by a holiday maker, we admit changes of participants (keeping the same status of an active or non-tuition participant). Changes from non-tuition to active participation are allowed after paying the difference in price.
